How do I place an order online?
Placing an order is as easy as 1-2-3!

1.) Select the product of your choice by clicking on the "more information" link beneath the product's brief description.

2.) Each item will be displayed, with pricing, a full description and a quantity field to the right.

3.) In order to add an item to you cart please adjust the quantity field to reflect the number of items you would like to purchase. Then click the "Add to Cart" button.

The Secure Ordering System will walk you through the rest of the necessary information - and your order will be completed!

Browser Requirements
Our online shop is designed for use with the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator.

If you currently use older versions of these browsers (including Internet Explorer 3.0 or earlier, Netscape Navigator 3.0 or earlier and AOL 3.0 or earlier), you may experience technical difficulties with online ordering.

To purchase products online, you must use a browser that is SSL-compliant and has a "secure mode." (To make sure your browser is secure, look for a closed lock or an unbroken key at the bottom of the Checkout page). We recommend downloading Microsoft IE 5.5 or later, or Netscape Navigator 6.0 or later to fully experience our site. If you continue to access our site with a browser other than those recommended above, key functions such as Checkout (online ordering) may not work properly. We invite you to use the links listed below to Microsoft Explorer and Netscape Navigator. You may download the latest versions of either of these browsers from here.

Secure Shopping Environment
The key to taking advantage of shopping on the Internet is a Credit Card Secure system. Designed with the support of Nauticom Internet Services and GeoTrust, our secure processing system lets customers rest assured they are shopping in a safe environment. Our online shopping system utilizes state of the art encryption technology to create a secure transaction - preventing anyone from accessing your personal information.

Payment Options / Verification Process
Family Communication, Inc. accepts MasterCard and Visa for online order processing. If for any reason, you are uncomfortable utilizing our Credit Card Secure system, you may contact customer service via email or by phone at 1-877-677-6437.

Sales Tax
Family Communications, Inc. is required to collect sales tax on the merchandise subtotal and all applicable shipping charges for orders shipped within Pennsylvania. This tax will be added to your total, and reflected on your credit card statement.

Shipping/Delivery
All orders are processed as they are placed. Your merchandise will be shipped as quickly as possible - usually within one week of your order. Occasionally, however, orders are shipped earlier or later than expected.

Shipping and handling charges will be billed at the time of shipping. Shipping charges depend upon the weight, size, and destinations of shipments. Shipping charges will be calculated using UPS standard published rates even though we may use other carriers such as FedEx, US Postal Service, etc to deliver your order. The shipping charge also will include the cost of any surcharges or insurance that may be imposed by the carrier. With all orders include your street address and phone number so we may contact you if necessary.

Shipping charges will be applied to each carton needed to ship it. It is our policy to do all we can to pack your order in a single shipment. However, packing and shipping depends on item availability, dimension and originating shipping location.

Family Communications, Inc. utilizes United Parcel Service's ground service to ship most orders within the contiguous United States. An adult signature is required for delivery on all such orders, and please note that UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box, FPO or APO address.

At this time, we are pleased to provide domestic service within the contiguous 48 United States. In certain cases, an alternative shipping method may be used. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Shipping charges are calculated separately for each recipient address.

An additional charge of $14 (US Funds) will be added to all deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Canadian Orders
An additional handling charge of $12 (US Funds), and additional shipping charges will apply for all Canadian orders. These additional charges may NOT be reflected in your online receipt. International delivery charges are ADDED TO the standard charges for U.S. domestic delivery. All taxes, tarrifs and duties are the responsibility of the customer - and must be paid at the time of delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept International Orders for countries other than Canada at this time.

Return Policy
Family Communications, Inc. is committed to your complete satisfaction. If part or all of your order is not acceptable, please return it to us for a credit, replacement, or refund (when applicable.) We do not exchange softback books, songbooks, training manuals, workshop kits, or materials that have been used. A $35 fee will be assessed against all returns on consignment orders.
