Description:
Music brightens any celebration, and today there’s much to celebrate – and much music.  At Negri’s Music Shop viewers get to know world-famous trumpeter Wynton Marsalis who joins in a toe-tapping jam session with Joe Negri on guitar and the Neighborhood trio led by John Costa.   It’s nighttime in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, and the neighbors are using a telescope to look for King Friday’s comet.  But Henrietta’s sad because she was hoping for a birthday celebration and thinks her friends have forgotten.

Parenting tip: Help your child make a trumpet from an empty paper towel tube.  Can your child hum into the trumpet, making make a happy sound, an angry sound, a sad sound or a silly sound?
