A Visit with Eric Carle
Here’s a chance to meet one of America’s most beloved children’s author-illustrators -- Eric Carle...and understand what it means to be a generous giver and a gracious receiver.

Description: When people share something they love to do, that's like giving a gift. Author/illustrator Eric Carle gives Mister Rogers and viewers a "gift" when Mister Rogers visits him at his studio and he shows how he created the art for his book, “From Head to Toe." There’s a video of how people make fortune cookies, a new Spanish-speaking friend, and in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe children can see how people’s feelings are hurt when someone isn’t a gracious receiver.
