Contestants' expertise of all things Mister Rogers tested on national radio and television

On February 19, 1968, Mister Rogers' Neighborhood made its debut on national public television. To mark the occasion two game shows, National Public Radio's "Wait, wait...don't tell me!" and the syndicated television show, "Jeopardy," quizzed contestants on their Neighborhood knowledge.

On February 19, Jeopardy featured Mister Rogers' Neighborhood and posed this "answer" to contestant Matt Cushman under the category of "Kids Don't Realize."

The answer is: "Kids don't realize that this Mister Rogers puppet character's name is a reference to a work by Cervantes.
